The Advanced Quantity Controls is an add-on for WooCommerce. So it’s required to have the WooCommerce plugin installed and activated on your site.
If your site doesn’t have the WooCommerce plugin installed, make sure you install and activate it first.
After that, you will see the WPB Quantity menu in the admin area, where you can adjust the WooCommerce quantity settings.
