This plugin comes with an advanced settings page. From the settings page, you can customize the accordion-style like color, skin, etc.

Also, it has a menu and category-specific settings. By which you can manage the accordion.

Go to the site admin. Navigate to Settings > WPB Accordion Menu or Category. Here you will find the settings.
