If you are using this plugin to a development or local server, no need to activate this plugin license.
Only if you are using this plugin to your live server activate the plugin license key. You will receive an email with the key. Copy the key and put it in the plugin license page. Save the settings after that hit the activate button.
Also you can manage the site URL for the license from your account page. Check this article for more details.
